Orders typically undergo a handling period of 7 to 20 days, though most are ready within a this time , except for custom or special requests.

Orders shipped with Aramex mostly incur no customs duties. The issue arises only with DHL. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot foresee what the relating costs might be as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
